CHAMPIONSHIP

4th Championship.jpg

The truth is, if people didn’t like sequels, there wouldn’t be 24 Marvel films. Plenty general managers of the Fantasy Keeper League wished for a different set of opponents to appear in the 2019 finals, but to Colin Sydejko and James Burton, this championship would put one over the other. Each with a prior FKL championship of their own, their teams were powerhouses during the season, both going 15-5-0 and finishing the top two seeds.

Talk about an awkward roommate situation… Colin entered the matchup with the tiebreaker as he had beaten James twice during the regular season. However, it was not needed. Colin’s “NathanOfGirouxsalem” absolutely pulverized James’s team, quadrupling his score total while setting a league record for number of hits in a single week: 119. Previously, each FKL championship had been decided by one point. No longer is that the case! Colin Sydejko captures his second Bob Miller Cup in three seasons.
