REGULAR SEASON STANDINGS
PLAYOFFS
Playoffs Cancelled Due to Covid-19
On Thursday March 12th, the NHL suspended all hockey operations in response to the Covid-19 epidemic. The pause caused quite a ruckus, as one new (albeit inexperienced to fantasy) general manager found it unfair that he didn’t receive back his previously traded away draft picks due to the season suspension and inability to win a championship. Even after the league attempted to compromise with him (and his entitled-ness), he threw a bitch fit and quit the league. The league immediately and unanimously banned him from any future league involvement.
Although no one won the championship for the 2019-20 season, Taylor Sydejko deserves heavy praise as he ran a dominant campaign in which he went 16-3-1 in the regular season, winning the Chancellor’s Trophy. Everybody experienced their own personal, negative effects for their FKL franchises in 2020, but perhaps none more-so than Taylor, who was robbed of a chance at his first Bob Miller Cup after just his 2nd trip to the semifinals.
